For a More Just, Joyful and Interconnected World
We Are Designed for Connection
As humans, we are uniquely primed for connection. By attending to our embodied experience and understanding the connective intelligence it expresses, we can bring a new quality of leadership to our organisations, projects, and communities.
We can cultivate the depth of presence required to take restorative, courageous actions for a world in crisis; we can learn to orient towards peace within and without; and together, we can amplify our capacity to function as a creative, interconnected whole.
An Embodied Skillset
Body-Informed Leadership trainings bring together changemakers from third-sector, corporate, and grassroots organisations to cultivate the internal and relational skills to ‘lead by embodiment;’ to intentionally use the ways they embody, co-regulate and express themselves as a means to transform their group cultures, and to better align with a positive vision for the future.
“I experienced such an organic learning experience, whereby my insights layered on each other over several months to emerge as a newly embodied worldview that completely transcends my previous knowing.”
