 FAQs

  • This course welcomes people of all genders, identities, racialisations, and ethnicities. All material will be held with an intersectional awareness and an active invitation for multiple perspectives to be expressed. The course facilitator is a white-bodied, cis female person who cultivates an ongoing relationship with the embodied histories and identities she carries in service of collective liberation. She understands that her perspectives are shaped - and in some cases, limited - by her life experiences and is available for a conversation with prospective participants who may have questions about whether the course is appropriate for their needs.

  • The course provides:

    • 25 hours instruction

    • 30 hours embodied relational practice

    • 20 hours personal practice, peer—peer learning and inquiry

  • Participants are welcome to pay for the course in one go, or in instalments. If the cost of the program is prohibitive, the facilitator offers a pay-what-you-can option, in which the participant is asked to assess their means as well as the value they hope to receive from the course and to set their own payment amount. This option is provided with openheartedness and solidarity.

  • Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate confirming successful completion of the Body-Informed Leadership Program, and detailing instructional and practice hours.
