Movement In Relationship
Movement in Relationship is a group practice in non-verbal vocal sound and relational/ authentic movement. It is an opportunity to tap into, embody and move the group field in a format that is both ceremony and “deep play.” It enables participants to contact the body-based dynamics at the root of how they show up in relationship, to experiment and play with new ways of being, to witness others and be witnessed, and to hold a kind-hearted, experiential inquiry into what it means to practice interconnection at the body-based level. It is funny, edgy, transcendent, and satisfying.
In-person, drop-in, pay £15 on the door.
As Things Fall Apart: Module 1 - Becoming Trauma Attuned

A Neurodevelopmental View of Complexity
How does our neurobiology prime us to thrive in complex systems?
Over hundreds of thousands of years, human neurobiology has evolved to thrive in complex emergent contexts. By understanding our neurobiological design, as well as the life experiences that support or inhibit healthy development, we can learn new ways of enabling complexity in our organisations from the inside-out, for more effective and fulfilling collaboration.
Body-Informed Leadership Practitioners Program
This 9-month intensive program is for group facilitators, coaches, and culture-shapers of all kinds who want to engage an embodied relational skillset at the very heart of their practice.
It combines online learning with in-depth experiential practice, to integrate both a theoretical and practical understanding of the core Body-Informed Leadership methodologies. Equally important, the course provides a unique opportunity to connect with other practitioners in a supported environment, learn from each other’s perspectives and experience, and form lasting collegial relationships.
Participants take away a core embodied understanding and skillset that they can apply directly in their work, which enables them to partner with complexity, challenge outworn dynamics, and potentiate a more just, joyful, and interconnected world.
The Course Is for You If:
You want to learn body-based tools to responsibly navigate trauma, privilege and oppression in yourself and your communities;
You want to understand and explore embodiment and its role in activism and collective liberation;
You want to become a more collaborative leader, and to develop embodied skills to navigate diversity, uncertainty and emergence;
You want to step into more authentic partnership with yourself, your fellow humans and the world.
Course Themes: The Nervous System and its relationship to trauma; cultivating a more conscious relationship to the Nervous System and building pathways to self- and co-regulation; re-working our relationships to Sensation, Self, and Power; dynamics of privilege and oppression and their origins in the body; reflections on personal lineage and intersectional experience; exploring, expressing, and playing with embodied identities; exploring personal, group and cultural dynamics of connection; application of somatic practice within individual professional contexts.
Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate of Body-Informed Leadership Practitioner and will be included in the online database of practitioners.
*Please note that the class size is limited to 12 people.
