Madelanne Rust-D’Eye, MA, MSME/T

Madelanne is a somatic educator and facilitator who lives among the volcanic hills, grassy meadows and rocky coastline of Edinburgh, Scotland. Madelanne’s work meets at the intersection of social justice, somatics, and regenerative culture.

Originally trained as a trauma-informed somatic psychotherapist (MA Naropa University), for the past 10+ years, she has been growing the community and practice of Body-Informed Leadership to cultivate the capacity for connection in Western bodies and cultures. She offers 1-1 somatic coaching as well as regular programs and trainings, each with their own unique flavour, for organisations and groups.

Madelanne is also a senior consultant at RISE Beyond Consulting, where she works with senior leadership teams as well as cross-organisational systems to enable more satisfying, effective, and relational experiences of collaboration in complexity. She brings a quality of presence that is both gentle and laser-focused, a deep curiosity, and a knack for enabling the inherent brilliance, diversity, and collective leadership of the groups she hosts.

Madelanne is a Master Somatic Movement Educator and Therapist (MSME/T), registered with the International Somatic Movement Education and Therapy Association (ISMETA).
